Sun, Golf, Sun, Pool, Sun = FUN!

Last weekend I went to Phoenix to spend some time with my mom and step-dad. We had a great time! The first night I was there we went to the Tortilla Factory which is an amazing restaurant in Old Scottsdale. It still warm there so we were able to enjoy the patio which was great. http://www.oldtowntortillafactory.com/ . For those who know me well - I love tortillas so I was a very happy camper here!

On Saturday, mom and I got up early to go have our nails done and then we went and checked out their new house. The house is done but since the pool and landscaping isn't done yet they are waiting until January to move in. I absolutely love the new house! My room is great! Mom keeps laughing at me when I tell her we'll be moving in for a few months - not sure why she doesn't believe me. Hmmmmmmm.....

Later that afternoon we went and played golf. It was a blast! I out drove everyone on 3 holes! I was again a happy camper. That night we stayed home for dinner. Bob made us some delightful Cosmos - and then mom and I found the camera and started being goofy - you'll see the pictures below.

Sunday was another day of golf, pool time and then we went to Margaritaville - the actual restaurant. It was a lot of fun - and I really enjoyed the "It's Five O'clock Somewhere" drink - very good! My parents live in a fabulous planned community - check it out. http://www.robson.com/page.cfm?name=PebbleCrk_

It was so hard to leave the 85 degree weather but I missed my family. I told Mike he needs to look for a job in AZ but we both agreed we would miss the green grass and trees.
