Thank you to those who posted your comment and to those who emailed your answer to me. Not sure why some can't post on my blog but I will look into it.
As for the answer to my question. The first thing you will need to know is -Where are you now? If you are in the dessert and you know there is a city not too far off - you will need to be able to mark your spot on the map so you know which way the compass needs to guide you.
Last weekend I spent 4 days at a conference doing a lot of work to find out where I am. In the process of that I had to go back and find out how I got there and what I have lost or gained during the process. It's been an emotional week for me. I have gone from tons of energy and full of confidence to very little energy and back to little confidence. But through it all I know where I am on my map and I have my compass in hand.
I have re-discovered my dreams and in time will fulfill them. This week I was anxious to get it all done but had a rude awakening and realized I can't do it all in a week. Life may be short but some things you just can't have right away and you need to be patient. So with that being said I am embracing today and when tomorrow comes I will embrace it. Plans and dreams are different and have to be treated as such. I will make small plans for the future but nothing too big, but I will continue to dream big and with each passing day I know it will bring me one step closer to that dream.
Here's my next question for you and if you don't want to post it that is fine, but I would still love to hear from you via email.
What are your dreams? Are they the same dreams you had as a child? Have you lost your dreams and if so - when did you lose them?
