Summer fun...

We have been having a lot of fun this summer -
Here are just a few pictures of what the kids love to do!

Bike Riding is always fun!!!
The girls love to go hiking! Look they're both wearing their Liberty Tee's!
Swimming is a daily activity at the Deely House!
Spending time with Papa and swimming at the same time is the best thing ever!
Performing on stage and acting like butterflies is a ton of fun too!
Being all together is the BEST!

There is more to come...
We have a camping trip planned, a week at Polly Bemis and
a day or two in McCall to just name a few adventures!

Sleeping Beauty starring...

Last Monday the girls started an acting class - four days later they performed the first of 3 shows. They were both caterpillars that turned into butterflies by the end of the show. The entire cast amazed me that these young kids were able to learn the show in just 4 days! The lead actors and actresses had a lot of lines and several songs they had to learn - and they all did a great job! I loved seeing my girls on stage - brings back memories of my acting and Up with People days.

All the photos are from after the show since they wouldn't let us take them during the performance.
The girls right after the show getting ready for the photo call...

My Butterflies...

The girls with their flowers after the show - they loved that!!

Bathing Beauty...

This summer we have spent a lot of time swimming. Even Bob has enjoyed the massive pool we put out in his back yard. The first time he got in the kids wouldn't leave alone for a second. He mentioned that he wanted to get a floaty that could hold a drink - so his wish was my command. I bought a floaty that he could relax in if the kids would let him.

Well, last weekend we were off to have dinner at my Aunt and Uncle's house and as we were getting ready to leave I saw Bob dashing out the door with a beer in his hand and he started to remove the pool cover. He knew we were leaving and he was going to cease the moment! Good job Bob!
