So what have I been doing? We'll Mike and I were able to get away to go to a friends cabin a couple weeks ago up in Cascade. It was the annual cabin trip and it was a lot of fun. It rained most of the time but we still had a great time. A big thank you to Jim and Jamie!!
Mike is going to school full time and now working for his engineering professor as a research assistant. He loves what he is doing and is doing really well - keep up the good job honey!
I am busy working all day and then I work out at a kick boxing class for an hour at night. This has been so fun and besides being sore I feel great! I come home from my workout to eat a quick dinner and spend some time with the kiddo's. Then I shower and I'm ready for bed. I guess that is the reason for the lack of writing on my blog - I'm just so tired at night I am totally unmotivated.
Besides all of that, Mike was out of town all last weekend with his parents. They headed over to Seattle to go to a fundraiser dinner for the adoption agency that Mike's brother and his wife used. In fact Brian and Marta were the key speakers at the dinner. I would have loved to have gone but I stayed home with the kids and spent some quality time with my mom. She has been in Arizona for over a month so I was wanting to see her. My Aunt and Uncle came into town so we had a big family dinner one night which was a ton of fun. I love it when my family gets together - we have such a great time!!! The kids and I also had some great bonding time.
Well - I'm off - I have to make a presentation at a school for a fundraiser that I am working on. I'll write about that later.
